If Pacquiao Fights Cotto it should be at 154 in NYC

Won't be. NYC has an tax laws which would whack Pacquiao for quite a bit of money.

 

Is this fight actually being considered? Pac Man already beat the hell out of Cotto. Nothing indicates that Cotto would do any better a second time around.

It has to be at 154. Cotto already fought Pac at 147 and the result doesn't show ANY need for a rematch. The best way to justify a rematch is to make it at 154.

Anyway I dont see this being at 154, I would like it to be dont get me wrong but it wont. Cotto doesnt appear to have much pull in the negoatiations over at Top Rank.

But this whole spectical seems to have been engineered so Mayweather can't fight Cotto and Bob Arum can continue to milk Manny whilst locking Cotto back into contract.
