Yea Mayweather pushed his court date back though he didn't have to just so he could bluff.

Arum went from saying that he wants the Mayweather fight but can't cuz he is going to jail and will put Pac up against Marquez for May 5th to Mayweather to the millions of excuses one day later but Mayweather is the one bluffing.

If Pac accepted the May 5th date then guess what Pac would be the next fight after Ortiz making that statement a fact.
