    The difference is in the first 2 fights, pacman is not a threat to mayweather because they are in different weight.

    Now after seeing pac having a hard time against marquez, mayweather has gained enough courage to face his fears..

    Once the lawsuit has been dropped, they will start to negotiate.

    Then Floyd will ask for $ 100 mill. Fight is off, lawsuit dropped, overall Floyd wins! :happy
