The two sides are talking, but very far off. HE still wants the fight, and lets be honest, we all still want to see it.

How long does Haye have to be out of the ring before the British public forgive and forget enough that the UK market will bring in enough money to make Davey a viable option money wise? Let's face it, he isn't bringing much in from outside after his last non performance.

Haye is the cash cow of European boxing. He's the Floyd Mayweather of Europe. Everybody is hating him, but when Haye fights his opponents get their career high paydays. Valuev cashed out against Haye, took a fight he knew he'd lose to get his retirement fund. Now Vitali is looking to do the same.

You all say you hate the guy, but you'll be tuning in hoping to see him knocked out. Just like Floyd Mayweather :deal

Ah, David Haye...sitting at home with his feet up, calling out world champions, yet no where near a boxing ring.

Sounds like his retirement is a lot like his boxing career.

I keep hearing through the grapevine that Arreola would love to the beat the **** out of Haye. I think Haye should earn his shot at the title. Let's see if he can get past Chris first. If the fight ever happens, (Which I doubt due to Haye's stomach problems...no guts) I'd bet the house on Arreola by KO

Haye is a runner *****. No way could that clown outscore Welliver. He would be mauled and boo'd out of his own stadium. Not even a contest, this guy getting pub is just sickening.

I take a lot of crap for calling this a 50/50 fight. But honestly, I wouldn't bet money on this fight if it happened. Maybe a small wager on the draw.

What has Chris done to earn a career high payday? Lose to Adamek?

Vitali deserves the money Haye will make if he doesnt talk himself out of the fight.

I agree with him not being able to take Chuancey, or any HW with a really solid set of whiskers and an offense.
But he does have a bit of power, elusiveness, and swagger about him that leads people to think he might just do something, and he's only 31 and not yet fully developed sizewise, so he could potentially regain a title if he ever gets his ass back in the circle.:think
