    1. If they give an offer, and make it public. They clearly show that they have made an effort to start negotiation.

    2. I don't know if they have done it or not. That's the problem. You have to take their "word" for it. I trust neither. Arum is 80+, looks to be senil sometimes.

    3. Since we don't know if they have been in contact or not, we don't know if it's Arum who's stopping it or Golden Boy who refuses to be the first to engage for real.

    4. Frankly we haven't seen **** of facts from either side. Only Mayweather trying to land a "deal" were Pacquaio just is supposed to sign and show up. Like that is negotiating. And that cut-thing from Pacquiao side. And the strangest injuries can keep people out for a long time. Even though this one seems fishy, but I'm no doctor. Take for instance Canizarez(goalie in soccer from Spain), spent four months out or so and missed the european championships because he lost his cologne on the bathroom and then fell on it, cutting his foot.

At least make the offer public with the paper so they can say that they tried. Trust no one until evidence is clear.

Actually that was the 1st thing I referenced, the first thing Floyds team attempted, and the first logical step to making a fight right? Right, up to the point Arum told them to get fuked cause he wasn't interested. Don't take my word for it, thi is a matter of public record.

Floyd's future and availability wasn't 100% known at the time. For ****'s sake man. Less then two week ago, we ALL thought Floyd would be in jail. Can't you even see that? :-(

How would he "know" this? Ohhhhh, must be ESP, which is how he knew Manny wouldn't take drug tests (which is why Floyd asked for testing) :good

Sorry bud check out Arum, he lost De La Hoya and Mayweather for this very thing here. He would let De La Hoya fight Trinandad, and then did the same with Mayweather and Corellas. He tries to steer his fighters away from fight they might lose outside of his stable. He good at it Don King did the same thing except King was big on getting option on fighter the fought his champions.

:patsch Seriously, we can go back and forth on this all day...but the fact that Arum didnt have a problem with booking the fourth JMM fight on the same date, at the same venue tell me exactly what I need to know...Arum is on record telling excuse after, after excuse after excuse....You act like I'm suppose to ingore this and listen to you...Sorry doesnt work like that!

You keep saying Floyd needs to try to negotiate with him but how is that possible when Arum is not even interest in fighting him?

What does that have to do with anything? And prior to his sentencing Arum wouldn't talk...the only time they surfaced was after the initial sentence, then gone again after the sentence was pushed back. Dude why do you take this as something personal against you? Arum/Manny are flat out ducking the fight, why is that so difficult to admit? It's not my "perception", it's not "my bias", it's not the "media", it's Manny's teams words and actions that are causing this backlash...point blank.

Sorry to inform you, but I don't hate anyone.

It's just annoying to see that both sides screw their fans over time and time again.
