To be fair, Arum admitted that Schaefer has tried to contact him in the last couple of weeks but Arum didn't respond, as GBP have no contract with Mayweather he needed to hear from PBF first. Well, now he's been given confirmation that Schaefer is acting on Floyd's behalf.

No offer would be made from one side to the other in an event like this; it'd be a joint-promotion.

It's a shame Oscar doesn't know how to spell his partners name.

Try that last piece of advice yourself. No one was asking that question until Mayweather and family spouted it.

Floyd suddenly gets vocal after his last fight was against a fast, powerful southpaw and Pac is coming off of a what should be a loss - SHOCK!

Likewise, I read on B TALK that Roach thinks the fight needs more time to build

Arum and Pac definitely don't want the fight now and the timing ALWAYS seems wrong.

  5. Strange how he wanted none of Pacquiao when he absolutely shredded Cotto isn't it?

All this 'he said - she said' **** is pure bollocks. Both sides trying to make the others look like the bad guys.

Facts are BOTH camps have been responsible for not getting this fight agreed in the past & present and it will continue to be that way.

    Fight will never happen.

    And?

It’s just posturing. Neither side are that keen on the fight right now, and are just engaging in a battle of who can appear to be wanting the fight the most.

GBP: "We’ve already set the date and venue without your consultation. So fight us."
TR: "Well, we’re erecting a new stadium. So there!"
GBP: "But, you have to contact us first"
    TR: "No, you call us"
GBP: "Nope. We want this fight really badly, so it’s up to you to call us"
TR: "I still haven’t heard nothing from you?"
GBP: “You kidding? We've been tweeting you for the past week!"

    :patsch Pathetic.

Arum admitted that Schaefer tried to call him several times last week. GBP already made the first move.

Floyd's team have said the same thing. Upon getting the jail sentence rescheduled, his friend (Nate, or whatever his name is), said Floyd preferred it if the Pacquiao fight wasn't next, because there wouldn't be enough time for negotiations and promotions.

So it was already established that Floyd would have an opponent on May 5th that was not Manny Pacquiao.

And then we get all of this Twitter bull****. Like I said, it's just posturing.

Yeah like I said, if they wanted it, it would've happened 2 years ago when it was the right time. It is pathetic.

Wake me up when they're both in the ring and the first bell rings. Even then something ****ed up would probably happen, such as Floyd falling out the ring, breaking his shoulder and the fight being declared a no contest, just like the Cintron/Williams fight.

Probably trying to relight the flame and get the buzz going again because no one thinks it will happen but maybe they want it to happen in November.

Shame that pacquiao had to look bad in two fights consequtively before Floyd started with all the big talk.
