You're talking about Vitali as if he's already lost, or as if he's struggled to win the last few nights. Neither are the case. You're jumping the gun.

Vitali's political activities are not really serious. He will never become mayor of Kiev. It's well known in Ukraine that Vitali can't hold his own with his political rivals. Ukraine is not California; Vitali won't do what Schwarzenegger did.

If Haye is offered a shot at Vitali, why would he decline it and instead fight a load of nobodies for shir money? That is ridiculous.

If Haye fights Vitali it's because Vitali offered him the fight. Vitali would fight Haye for the same reason Wlad did - because they make more money fighting him than they would any other fighter.

Ironically, the reason they'd both get more money fighting him than anyone else is because he has promoted himself well with his mouth and got fans and haters in equal measure.

 

That's interesting. I remember talking to some Ukrainian acquaintances a few years back, and they described Vitali as a "fish out of water" in politics.
