Listen they build Arums little stadium in the prison yard, shoot the 24/7 in jail ,imagine all the press this fight would get,the ppv numbers would be sick.Floyd could get customized prison issued trunks with matching boots and gloves, this **** would be huuuuge

Floyd is far more street than Manny.
The same result as a genuine fight, only even more emphatic.Floyd knows his way around the depths.Manny's a good Catholic boy at heart.

Sounds like that movie with Vig Ranes.

Personally, I'm tired of the whole thing. Let both of the ducks retire with what little dignity they have left.

At first glance I thought oh for ****s sake another troll . . . .

    then i thought about it a little . . .

Boxing history, the fight of the century inside a prison compound would be awesome

However it wont happen, they arent going to charge the prisoners to watch and it would not be safe public wise even though its just county jail, but who knows? Im not sure what county jail in the states is like but from a pure fans point of view this would be certified gold

There is a bit of precedence.

James Scott, an American light heavyweight contender in the 70s, fought some of his fights in Rahway State Prison in New Jersey while he was incarcarated there for armed robbery. They just sat up a ring, rolled in the telly cameras and brought the inmates in to watch. In fact, Scott beat Eddie Mustafa Muhammad at Rahway, when Muhammad was the WBA #1 ranked contender.

Didn't Hopkins spar a world champ when he was in prison and do very well?

of course the inmates would not be allowed to be near the civilians.they can watch on tv..this would be historic and huge

Hopkins was the man in prison boxing.:deal

Bernard explained how weight classes don't mean **** in the prison boxing system. If someone calls you out you fight em in the ring regardless.
