Clearly a first ballot hall of famer...... I would also argue he is an all time great, perhaps not in terms of his resume, but in terms of actually talent and fighting ability, he is an all time great boxer. He made some career choices that didnt give him the opportunity to look as good as he could have, something that Mayweather and Calzaghe managed to do very well although they were/are fantastic fighters in their own right. Lets say Mosley avoids Winky, and only grabs a Jr. Middle belt from Vargas a few years later....dramatically changes his resume.

    This is the problem....

Boxers are not selected because of their talent... they are selected because of their accomplishments.... in other words THEIR RESUMES...

Who did you beat? when did you beat them? at what weight did you beat them?

Ussually the boxers with more talent are the ones with the best resumes... but some times this isn't true, and that has to do with the way they managed their careers....

HOF> 3 weight world champ. anybody who holds at least 3 or more titles in diff weight class should be considered HOF. 4 or more is ATG

If you have to ask if Shane Mosley is a hall of famer then you clearly were not around when Mosley was in his prime. Vernon Forrest, winky, prime Oscar, Knocked the **** out of a feared Margarito.

The shane that faced Mayweather and Pac was a million miles from prime.

Those wins he got from oscar are wins on which he admitted he took PEDS. Not just regular steroids but the top of the line PEDs from Balco whose clients were breaking world records. Steroids have been around since the 60s and those people who took in the days were just barely breaking records, but in the Balco days people were shattering records that were held for the longest times. This is a testament to how powerful and potent todays PEDs are. So yeah he'll be HOF but you have to put a * on it.

My mistake of vote - voted no
I was thinking about ATG when I first read it, sorry.
    Mosley is a HOF comfortably
    ATG? debatable, most likely no.
