I don't think Floyd is scared of Pacquiao but I think Roach has a point that Floyd fears the possibility of losing more. Now, I know that doesn't make much immediate sense but knowing that you have the skills to beat a fighter and also knowing that someone can get lucky and spark your ****ing lights out are pertinent points. I think Floyd takes Manny, to be honest, but at the same time, I also know if Floyd slips momentarily or if Manny finds a lucky punch, it could be lights out and no hanging on for dear life for Floyd. THIS is what is in the back of Floyd's mind. If it wasn't, they would have fought a long long time ago.
if thats the case why would he have fought Mosley and Ortiz who are bigger and hit harder then Pacquiao. :nut
lol....roach just last week on around the horn said he doesn't think mayweather is scared everytime this clown speaks he contradicts himself. manny vs peterson coming up, try and legitimize that
Wait, how does Floyd not agreeing to 50/50 mean Manny doesn't want the fight? Nobody would expect Floyd to accept less than 50%, why do they expect Pac to? This is all on Floyd at the moment. Manny told HIM straight up accept 50/50 and fight is made and he balked...what a *****.
You guys are truly delusional. There's only 2 reasons this fight hasn't happend. Arum & Pac and in that order. al Haymon has sent over contracts that were better deals than anything Pac has had before or since. so it's all bullshiot. Arum don't want ther fight because he knows what's coming! END OF STORY!
Pretty sad that this fight is never going to happen. Means these Floyd-Pac debates will go on literally forever.
You probably wrote that **** yourself, and if you didn't, Roach knows Pacquiao can't beat Floyd. Every time anyone accuses the best fighter pfp of being scared, its not believable.
Kinda self-explanatory, no? See Pac vs Hatton. Lucky punch? Skilled punch? Who ****ing knows. And add in all that Pac's done over the last few years, you have an enigma that puts doubts into your head - a doubt that can be so easily stirred and even made real by the simple speculative accusation that Pac's on some PEDs from his ol' pops who was worried for his son's health in the ring, ffs, if they fought. The JMM fight might have alleviated some initial concerns but I think the need for a psychological advantage even before going into the ring is still great for Floyd, and as we have seen, it's no longer the testing issue now, it's something else. If not the pay percentage, it might have been something else still... So, Roach has a point...it's the thought of losing and against someone who has more of a question mark against them than a more well known/ understood opponent such as a Mosley or an Ortiz that troubles Floyd. Like I said, and I'm sure most would agree, Floyd is technically so much better than Pac and if he makes no mistakes then he takes the fight. BUT, if he loses it even for a moment or if Pac lands one, maybe out of the blue, it's Game Over, man. Hence, the problem for Floyd is psychological. He needs to feel 100% that he can win before he will take the fight, despite the fact that on most counts he is the technically superior boxer and is likely to win. Likely. But for Floyd, he wants it to be Absolute that he will win. Hence the reticence that Roach is on about and is something I agree on.
Scared of Manny for what? Manny can't beat Floyd and never could(Unless he hits Floyd with a lucky punch). Roach needs to get that **** out of his head.
TRUTH:yep good post:good But don't expect these in-denial ***** wanks too agree with what is plainly the TRUTH as thats tantamount to them admitting what they know not so deep down & everyone else knows that floyds **** scaredlol:
