WTF? Is that why Oscar earned more than twice as much for their fight and got to dictate the weight, ring size, glove type, etc? Oscar was clearly the bigger draw before those two fought.

I'm not against catchweight fights like 99% of the floyd fanatics are. Weight classes cover a SPAN of weight, not a single weight. But since Pac has done it, it's become the 'thing' to hate on. But they have happened before Pac began boxing, and will happen after he retires. So what's the big deal? If the other fighters agrees to it, then what's the problem? People can ***** about TOO Many weight classes, but I don't see that as much a problem as TOO MANY BELTS per class. That's what's ****in **** up.

That said, if Martinez agrees to 150, and gets blasted because he had no energy trying to make 150, that was his **** up. HIs mistake. Will it mean Floyd beat the MW Champ? Yes, he did. Will it have the same meaning as beating the MW champ at 160? No. Would it make Floyd the MW champ of the world? Depends if they put the belt on the line. But what WILL show is the details of the fight. The circumstances. And that's not to discredit ANYONE, even Floyd, because it is what it is. And at the end of the day, it's Martinez who decided to fight so low, and Floyd for fighting someone with that distinction.

History records great fights. People remember ATG's because of their fights, not how many ****in belts they held. And not every fight an ATG fighters had was a masterpiece or had MEANING. No one gives two shits abut SRL's SprMW or LtHW belts. No one really cares about DLH's JrLW or MW belts. And Floyd's JrWW belt and Jr MW are afterthoughts, just as many of Pac's will be.

Some fanboys make TOO big a deal outta little details. Guess it gives the nitwits something to argue about.

Thats simple, Floyd wanted Oscar and he was willing to go to his house and if Sergio wants Floyd he needs to be willing to do the same.
