    When is it going to stop?

    Pacquiao won't meet cotto @ 154. He will only fight Cotto at 147.

    Didn't take long for negotiations to get to this point. Were they ever seriously considering Mayweather?

    So basically....

    Pacquiaos gimmick is he wants to get the best fighter he can but in the most uncomfortable & compromising position he can get them in.

    Cotto @ 147
    Marquez @ 147
    Bradley @ 140
    Ortiz would have a fight night weigh in that he cannot be over 147
    Floyd = 10 million dollars for every pound over


    this guy won't ever fight anyone thats really good / at their most comfortable weight

    I'm truthfully that he's finally being exposed for being the coward that he is..... we as lovers of boxing can't let history reflect a story of pacquiao being some super hero when in fact he was a coward.

    stfu dude, you are totally overlooking that he is a former flyweight fighting at welterweight, his team abusing his superstarstatus to get an edge is annoying but he is not a coward.
    Cowards dont face b2b atg's with morales,barrera and jmm or jump from 130-147 in 8 months to take on guys much bigger.

    Emmanuel's weakness is size and pressure, Bradley being one of the best and most educated pressure fighters, the lighter the weight for that fight, the bigger the advantage for Manny

    by saying he wants the fight at 147, he's saying he doesnt want the fight


    isnt that GOOD?

    why bash Manny for not wanting a fight that boxing fans dont want either?

    if he's not a coward then...

    how come he can fight margarito at 154 but not cotto or oscar?
    how come he can fight diaz at 140 but not jmm
    how come he can fight oscar at 147 & margarito but not cotto

    Manny shouldn't be bashed for wanting to fight at 147. If that's the weight he feels comfortable at then so be it.

    1. he jumped from 135 to 147 for oscar back to hatton 140 then cotto at 145.
    2. he fought diaz at 135 after jmm at 130 then jumped up to oscar and fought jmm at 144.
    3. he fought marg at 150, and I guess they tought pac wasnt 147 fighter but 140, since oscar ****ed the weight up so badly it was still unclear how good he really was at 147 or if it was a fluke, thats why he fought him at 145, after that he fought all at 147, he fought marg at 150 but was affected by the bodyshots so much that he decided not to fight above 147 again.
    Thats why he is making a fuss about it now vs cotto, cotto logically doesnt want to drop back either, 150 seems the most logical option if they go trough with this fight.
