Why are people comparing Pac to Taylor?? for one thing Taylor was faster but Pac's shots have much more intention behind them; I give Pac the edge at 140, Chavez below that.

Pacquiao's speed, power and angles will be too much for Chavez at 140 and above.

You mean stay away from the right hand the way he did vs Marquez?

You underrate Chavez' skills on the outside.
Chavez could box from distance as well, he's just better rounded than Pacquiao is and ever could be.

Pacquiao could'nt wobble a 145 lbs weight drained DLH, Chavez would walk right through his shots and dig to Pacquiao's body.

There is no need to over analyze. Its pretty simple to me, but I do respect your opinion Tazo.

Chavez wears him down and stops him or wins a comfortable decision. I don't care what pop Pac has on his punches, he isn't keeping chavez off of him

Franky Randall knocked down Chavez in round 8 so Pac can send Chavez to the canvas as well. Pacman is the fighter and so is Chavez Sr. It's gonna be fun to watch because both fighters have an amazing stamina. However, Pac has more powerful punch and he's faster than Chavez Sr. Pacman by UD.

Chavez. Imagine that left hook to the body.

    Poor little Pac Man.

I would have rather seen them fight at 112 where Pac was at his best. Pac is the smallest champion of all time and at 135 and above is actually giving JCC a chance to win some rounds( I doubt it though). Pac always destroys his opponents though but at 112 no one can take his power for more than 2 rounds.

I'm glad you respect my opinions, Divac

To be honest, the more I think about the match-up, the more I see Chavez taking it, but it is a point to remember that taking away the angle moving backwards is IMO more effective than trying to pressure a southpaw, and while Chavez is fully capable of doing that, I doubt he'd adopt that style for a whole 12 rounds, giving Pacquiao at least some room to move laterally and get some shots off. And if nothing else, Pacquiao is resilient and persistent enough to make it competitive and entertaining enough while it lasts.
