I think Bball is saying the companies split 50/50 then pay the fighters what they'd receive out of that 50% their promoter got. That's not the same as Pac and Floyd splitting the money 50/50, and that's what I think he's trying to get across. This might be the way it's always done, but some people think Pac and Floyd should get the same amount of money... Since Floyd get's a bigger cut of the 50% the promoter would get than Pac gets from Arum, he's saying Floyd should get paid more in the end.

This thread was also talking about Floyd's offer too. He shouldn't be offering Pacquiao any money. He should just let it be 50/50 and then let the promoters deal offer the fighters what ever

I'm not even going off the guarantees that nsac has listed, i mean in general after everything is accounted for. If pacquiao and floyd both got 50 million after paying taxes, managers ect. Then that's not fair imo. I think there should be a 50/50 split between gbp(mayweather promotions) and top rank. Then bob arum does what ever he does with the money and screws pac over of his and then floyd gets his usual percentage.

Nonsense. Pacquiao is a draw just like Mayweather, the difference in PPV numbers isn't that big, both are pretty close so 50/50 IS what it should be. Out of the 7 PPVs Pacquiao had in his last 7 fights only two didn't make over 1million but still made a lot. Mayweather not accepting 50/50 is delusional and stupid, can't believe anyone would back that up.

Yep 50/50 is what it should be and it should be split up between the 2 teams, but not the 2 fighters.
I'm not saying Floyd deserves a bigger split of the purse. More like his team deserves the same split, but Floyd takes home a bigger amount
