Just months ago it was ok with 50-50, Now that Pac agreed to the tests, date and venue. Suddenly 50-50 is not good anymore.

Hell, Did Pac's purses change over a course of months? :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl
The level of idiocy is ******ed

Floyd posted this, but he was not the first one to do so, so how can this be attributed to him "lying"?:think

Floyd fans are ****ing idiots if they believe this thing about Manny's purses.

Before all this came up, Rafael and other journos always said that Pac gets a bigger purse than is declared to the NSAC.

This is EXACTLY what it is. He's trying to justify cutting Pac a bad deal by misinforming people about Pac's actual overall fight purses.

    From Rafael's chat:

I've been over this before. The figures written a Nevada contract are not necessarily the real number for big PPV guys. They get most of their money off PPV generally. So if Manny's "official" purse is $8 million fine. But he is guaranteed in his contract with Top Rank (which is not something the commission would have or release if if did) something like $20 million or whatever. The money is the money. One of the reasons for the disaprity is because Manny is not a US citizen and is often paid a large amount of his money through his Filipino promotional company and deals in the Philippines for things like the television revenue there. So while it looks like a big difference it is not in reality. So folks can keep on drinking the kool aid. But they dont get how the business actually works when it comes to fighters from overseas. I once covered a world title fight in Vegas with a champion from South Africa in say about 2002. His Nevada contract for a world title fight said his official purse was like $1,000. But he was making more like $50,000 because of the TV money from South Africa. You can do anything with numbers. What is written on the Nevada paper for big time fights isn't worth the paper it is written on.

Can we end this bull**** now?

If anyone is lying, its Floyd lying about his own purses. I recall him stating that me made $70mil for his bout with Mosley!

hell he might have...when you consider he got what, like, 25 mil guaranteed? then ppv upside? not to mention floyd gets his hand in the concessions sold in the mgm on fightnight....its not out of the question he walked away with something like that when all is said and done...in fact he might still be having checks come in from that fight lol

Yeah, sure he did! LOL. The same way he claims he made $20mil for his WWE appearance when in reality, it turned out that he made $2mil.

What was the purpose of posting those purses anyways? :rofl:rofl
I doubt that he doesn't know how the business works.
