Closest info we have about May 5th being agreed to by Pac was when Floyd stated in an email that Pac told him "50/50 and I'll fight you anytime"

the purpose was to show that bob arum, while he has done manny very well, is still a slave driver....manny could be doing much better for himself.....bob has done very well for manny....but manny is giving too much money away to his promoter.....

understand the nature of the floyd/arum relationship......and it might help you understand floyds point

Pac gets 72.5% while Arum gets 27.5? You think Pac should get more than 72.5%?

Floyd constantly brings up how Pac has to dish out 27.5% to Arum. Why doesnt he disclose how much he has to give up to GBP and Al Haymon per fight?

It's not even 27.5% of his purse. It's 27.5% of the net profit of the event, which I think is fair given that TR takes all the economic risks in the fight.

Floyd I assume pays GBP a fixed amount per fight, but who knows.

I dont see the big deal. They probably don't write the correct amount for a number of reasons like tax issues.

Its true he still may be cashing checks from that night. and its true he might have made close to 70mil for that fight. But what did spend for the fight? He fronts a lot of his own $$$ and that's what allows him to get % of everything. So if he spent say 20 mil, made 70, his profit margin is 50 mil.

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in the Mayweather/Ortix 24/7

    AGain for the millionth time.....

PBF is correct EXCEPT he conveniently (or intentionally) forget to mention that most of the revenues are NOT from the guaranteed direct pay purse but from things like PPV buys, gate, concessions, promotional fees, advertising, and other various licensing.

It is a cheap shot that panders to the ignorance of some (aka KarlBrandt)

it would be funny if GBP and Haymon combined takes way more than 27% which I believe they do.
