No he doesn't . Look athe PPV #'s , their about even, and Pac has done better recently.

Making argument like "Floyd keeps more of his money so he deserves more" is ******ed. Maybe he'll 'get' more but it has nothing to do with deserve. The cut should be 50/50 , and each side we'll handle their share of the money form there. Floyd litterally thinks he deserves more then 50% of the cut even if he keeps more money anyway. He's a delusional greedy ****er , . Arum may be greedy too but at least he's not asking for more then 50%.

Yes, but 50/50 is fair given the magnitude of the fight and the amount of money on the table.

At this point I honestly don't even give a damn. I just want the fight.

Their numbers are by no means even. On a common-opponents and absolute basis Floyd's fights sell bigger.

There isn't a clear cut answer they both have good points. The marketability argument, and numbers favor a 50/50 split. They are both big stars. The problem arises that because of how Mayweather does business, fighting manny at a 50/50 split does not make him that much more money than is usual take on other fights. Where as a 50/50 split would double pac's usual pay. So from a strict business standpoint it makes a lot more sense for pac to accept a smaller share (because he'll still gets paid more than he normally does) than is does for Floyd to accept 50/50.

You also have to take into consideration that the vast majority of marketing for this fight will be done by Floyd. Not only is he the more dynamic personality, he speaks english (even if very poorly) which pacman does not do well at all.

You can't expect a man to take any financial deal JUST because of legacy, that's for fans not fighters.

What I don't get is the fact that those who are saying that Floyd will use his own money to promote the biggest fight in the history of boxing. I don't buy that crap. Arum promotes Pacquiao and he will do his own share of promoting the fight.

Not really, all 4 titles are equally worthless currently.
If anything i think the WBA is probably the least worthy out of the 4 lately.

That said this fight has **** all to do with abc trinkets.

Honestly the fight isn't going to happen because neither side wants it badly enough, but on that note its the most obvious 50/50 fight there ever has been.
Neither side is the A side and the only reason Floyd can make any case is that Pac did unofficially just got his ass kicked and lost clearly in the eyes of any clear thinking boxing fan.

That said though this is done by official decision no matter how crooked and corrupt it is it remains a 50/50 fight due to it.

Floyd did say that, but Pac's camp tried to use his WBO belt as leverage in past negotiations with Floyd's team. I'm simply saying that that no longer applies. And did you forget that 27.5% cut Arum gets? Where do you think that's coming from? Along with who knows what else.
