    Baked Beans...on toast

Seriously men go to war on this ****. Its quick its easy to make..and you don't need to be a 5 star chief to make it. A quick easy meal after workout..if you are in a rush to get out.

I am not much of a cook.

I do like to cook ground beef sometimes. I like mushrooms as well, the fresh ones not the canned ones. The mushrooms I start in the microwave at full power for like 3-4 minutes, this softens them up and it reduces the time they need to cook in the pan, which can take forever.

I throw them in the pan with the beef. The beef adds flavor to the mushrooms and vice versa.
The beef I will either cook as hamburgers or I will scramble and add a small amount of barbecue sauce and eat them in wheat tortilla wraps. I use either 90-10 or 93-7 beef.

I also have some Mrs. Dash brand seasoning. I use the steak seasoning type for the beef and mushrooms.

Mrs. Dash is really good seasoning in that it contains no salt at all.

My fav is omlet , i usually use about 5 - 6 eggs crack put em in a bowl, put a dash of milk not **** loads , some grated cheese ( oh no not fat , but everything in moderation) , then add whatever you like , i have tomato , mushroom , onion, peppers , ham ( the wafer thin sandwich kind , peas , basically anything you fancy. Piece of **** to cook , plenty of veg in there , nice big portion lol and takes hardly any time. Quick tip whack the grill on and go from cooking it on the hob to putting it under the grill so you cook / crisp up the top. Lovely jubbly
