    But I agree generally he wasn't the MOST boring.

    Seriously though, in the last 10 years, the most boring boxer out there is Bernard Hopkins. Man is a genius, and great at an old age, but just boring as hell to watch. Much worse than Ruiz in the last 10, or Dirrell, or Spinks, or Dyah Davis, or Yuri Foreman, or whomever else you'd want to stick up there.
