Jose Napoles was a Cuban who was adopted by Mexico and became a crowd favorite that way. Perhaps Rigondeaux can do the same to gain that drawing power.

who cares..mexicans today ain't rooting for no cuban especially with that boring style.

Try getting a better fanbase..like Ricky Martin fans or Miami Soundmachine.

Thanks thats what i meant. Everyone loves a gracious winner so if he does his part, he could be a fan favorite in Mexico or PR.

Rigondeaux needs to move to mexico or PR and he will get adopted by the local fans easily. Edison Miranda did it and it worked out for him, the thing i hate about cubans in miami is this ****. They dont care about the boxers or any other athlete coming out of cuba. They trick them into defecting to use them as a political tool to mess with the government of cuba. Once they are here the forget about them and push them to the side. There are enough cubans in the US and Europe to fill out MSG for a fight night but they dont support their fighters.

    :hat

You are such an ignorant ******* , always making a fool of yourself . You pinoys should go to school and educate yourselves before giving your idiotic opinions . Always talking about how many people are there to watch a fight instead of focusing on the fight itself . This is boxing , not theatre .
