Pac also started his career at just over 100lbs. atsch anyways, this should be a good fight. it sounds like Mayweather threw a jab at Manny with this comment.... i wonder what Sergio thinks.
Hardly. Speculation as his next fight is at 160. If he boiled down to 154 Maywether would get ripped for soem catchweight bull**** and the win would be meaningless.
Sergio hasn't made 154 in years. I'd love for Floyd to go up and fight him, but besides the fact that Sergio is a full fledged middleweight, he still won't bring nearly the $ that Khan or Canelo do. So yea, you who wouldn't love Floyd to take a huge risk fight like that, maybe he will, but considering it really is huge risk, far less reward, I understand, do you?
http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/7528712/floyd-mayweather-jr-granted-license-fight-miguel-cotto John ****ing Legend is already a more qualified boxing commentator than Rafael and Bayless.
I'm sure He will not pay the sanction fee. He is fighting Cotto at 154lbs to make Pac a fool and a coward with the Catch weight stuff, and said He beat a better Cotto than a drained one.
Doesn't Martinez have a schedules fight? Maybe he'll get a shot if your boy is still letting Arum rob him blind.
Pac is the only one that really matters. Martinez is intriguing but ultimately the things that Martinez does well, Floyd does better, with the exception of power, and that wouldn't come into play. Cotto is good, but at the elite level he has no stand out qualities, he has no one attribute that will give him a chance against Floyd. Even against Pac, who I think is much more flawed than Floyd, Cotto demonstrated that he is not quite up to it at that level. In fact, even Khan presents more of a problem for Floyd that Cotto. Khan has many more weaknesses than Cotto, but he actually has at least one stand out attribute with which he can at least attempt to leverage to dictate a fight. Cotto does not have that. I have stopped watching Pac's fights live, and I pay much less interest in them afterwards. The same goes for Floyd. Essentially, until they fight each other, or perhaps Martinez/Khan for the intrigue factor, I have next to no interest in seeing another mismatch.
