If Cotto was not the same after Marg I, he is now better after a SECOND BEATDOWN?
WTF!??!?!! So more beat downs is actually good for you.

Hatton and Morales must be prime right now.

Second, you gain weight naturally as you grow older. Every human being goes through the same process. PBF is not the same weight as his younger days, so is Pac, so is JMM, so is MArtinez, etc, etc.

Right NOW, 154 is the best weight for Cotto as that is what his body is dictating. But to say 2 lbs vs Pac would have made a difference, then are you guys saying Cotto is that ****ing fragile? Hatton fought 147 vs PBF then went back to 140.

    Are you guys serious?

Lol, now Cotto was weight drained when he fought Pac when half the board thought Cotto would win. Did it ever occur to some of you the reason why Cotto has looked so good of late is because he beat Larry, Moe and Curly? I mean he's still a hell of a fighter but Pac fought the more fresh, prime Cotto.

Mate i have cut weight it is the worst thing in the world praying that you are on weigh when you jump on the scales just cutting weight not doing any technique. but i wasnt saying that i was saying it was 2lbs and not the 9lbs like he was making it out to be that cotto was at welter weight and not 154lbs.:good

Yeah it s ridiculous how people here overrate Cotto since his rematch with Margarito. If it wasn't for that pre-busted eye I bet they'd bet telling a different story The weight issue makes no sense either, Cotto wasn't even a big welterweight now some say 154 is his 'comfotable weight' thats bull****. That being said I look forward to seeing this fight as a boxing fan knowing Mayweather will be too much for Cotto

Cotto was steal a 147lb fighter so it was only 2lbs. Really 1lb being he weighed 146 vs Clottey. He had not moved up to 154 yet.

Tecnically Cotto looks better since the Pacquio fight ..There is a reason why Manny wanted the rematch at 147 ..I mean you have to ask yourself why would Manny need an edge over a guy he beat ..Must have noticed the improvements as well ..

Or possibly that Manny can barely make 147, let alone 154. And that is the lead star in a fight with Cotto, so he can dictate the terms.

Come on man, you are being disingenuous. If Pac fought Cotto again, it would be again the "shell of Cotto".
