on another note, pac & floyd are being silly now, if one of them gets beaten, they will lose a huge payday.
Oscar didnt give floyd any probs. it was lots of shoeshine from oscar but floyd played with him down the stretch.
Mayweather vs Cotto at 154lbs is an absolutely cracking fight. I wouldn't miss it for the world. Similarly, Pacquiao vs Bradley at 140 or even 147 has my interest.
If it's the same PBF Im use to seeing then Im picturing Cotto not landing much at all. He will be hugely frustrated in this fight and losing well on the scorecards.
The key is Geale v Mundine for the first eight rounds. Step right and throw the left hook as you step.
u do know that cotto is huge in south america too right? while fighting mayweather won't hurt sales there either.
Cotto should be able to rough him up on the inside and man handle Floyd at that weight. Plus Floyd hasn't been running in his last fights, he has been exchanging
True. Looking forward to this one. It's high time somebody pushed Floyd out of the comfort zone so as we get to see how deep he can dig.
PPV sales in South America would be pretty small. Most South American nations would no doubt get the big fights televised on free to air (with commercials in between rounds), like in South East Asia. Popo Freitas was pretty big in Brazil in his prime, but UFC crushes Boxing in Brazil these days. Sergio Martinez is big in Argentina, but even his fights are on Argentinian free to air.
