They are full of $hit, to be honest I'm suprised Mayweather is paying the sanctioning fee for the WBA belt.

Also when Floyd won the WBC belt at 154 (vs Oscar) Suliman he couldn't have 154 & 147 simulatneously so whats changed now?

Nope Jose changed the rules after he realized that he wouldn't be making that much money just from tricking Pacquiao into buying that garbage. So he then decided to make it for any historically significant fights. Yeah:tired

He probably told the WBA how its going to go regarding him and that fee and they probably capped the fee after a certain point.

Suliman wants money, that's what changed and if Mayweather goes to 154 he'll be out a lucrative belt holder.

A bit of a slap in the face to Alvarez, really, but Alvarez' resume is not that great at this point in time.

Wouldn't be surprised if this was included.

I'm surprised Mayweather's bothering with the belt but then again I think he likes the belts, he's only dropped them when moving up in weight or by retirement I think. He likes calling himself a '10 time world champion' or whatever BS

I remember someone saying to him when fighting Baldomir 'You're fighting for the lineal title now' and he replied not understanding 'No, I'm fighting for the WBC title' then having an argument with them about it saying 'have you boxed, I've boxed my whole life you don't know what you're talking about'

I heard Sergio was paying 3% of his purse for it.
