At this stage Selby would beat Murray and probably fairly clearly. Murray needs fights. Would like to see Smith in with Selby again.
Murray isn't ready for this. Get him an Area belt or English title. I'm quite certain Murray needs to lose to learn but a brutal ko won't teach him much. Murray should be learning in the gym, as should all boxers but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I'll give Joe the benefit of the doubt and say he was rusty after being out of the ring for 8 months, but last night was not a good performance at all. The opponent was a slippery kid, but Joe didnt seem to have aclue how to get him under control - he needs fights, preferably no longer then 3 months in between to hopfully move him on. At this point, Selby would waste him.
Would like to see Selby v Smith 2 and if he wins again start looking at Euro level. Selby has come from nowhere and he looks **** hot.
