Don't get me wrong, Morales is a true ledgend and he beat Maidana imo, but the circumstances which he won that last title under and the WBC can't just strip people and give the title Mexican. Anyone who didn't understand what I meant wants to improve their reading comprehension.

Most Mexicans are ashamed of the state of boxing jus like everyone else. If other races brought the numbers Mexicans do to fights they'd be gifted titles to hell Europeans are gifted titles regularly in germany

Mexicans and Americans don't have to do **** to get big fights and titles, they have it much easier than anyone else in the world (In terms of boxing that is).

First thing that crossed my mind.

Second thought; here we go, another Mexican-bashing thread.

I see what you tried to create with this thread. You are a obvious hater
of their great boxing culture. If you paid any attention the majority of
the Mexican fans last night were rooting for Rubio. Mexicans brag about
their great fighters as they should. None are bragging about the WBC,Canelo
or Chavez Jr. They know they are moving up slowly just
    like all fighters do. :deal

It just shows how relevant we are in the sport of boxing. There is plenty of hype jobs of all races and nationalities.

****, I was more pissed at that English mother****er for running his mouth against the Klitschko and then literally running the whole ****ing fight.

    Talk about hype job...

Blame Sulaiman and Arum. Don't generalize on the rest that endured blood, sweat, and tears to reach the top. Many Mexicans don't like Chavez Jr me being one, but even tho I am a fan of Canelo, I agree he shouldn't really be champ either or at least this early in his career. Many think a faded Morales beat a prime Maidana and he earned a titleshot with that performance tho it was vs a valiant B level prospect. Watch the mock jury where Dinamita Marquez, Ana Maria Torres, and Nacho Beristein go vs the powers that be Sulaiman and Oscar saying they completely disagree with Canelo getting the titleshot. Canelo was also present and even challenged Marquez after Marquez ruffled Canelos feathers.

If they are moving up slowly, then they shouldn't fight for a championship until they are ready to fight/beat the real champ or at least a decent champ. The WBC is becoming rrlediculous by giving their title to their favorite Mexican fighters. Luckily a lot of the proud Mexican populace in Mexico (as opposed to the US) see through this and call the WBC on their bull****. Mexico has a great boxing heritage that they should be proud of and the WBC is kinda undermining it.

Morales is a legend and his fight with Maidana proves it. The other 2 I agree with.
