Fat or not (not as fat would be more appropriate) Arreola within the last year hasn't even managed to get rid of Releford and Ahunanya inside those rounds and considering he's never been a big puncher it's laughable to claim he takes out Adamek inside 5 rounds.

Arreola is easily one of the more overrated fighters out there. Without his Mexican fan base I doubt we would be hearing much about him, his resume is **** poor and the only two times he's stepped up he's been well beaten. Even Adamek KOing a shot Golota beats anything Arreola has done in the ring, certainly better than his win over a shot McCline.

It's very debatable if Arreola is even the most dangerous Mexican/American heavyweight out there in a head to head match up if were honest.

I'm no Haye fan and think Haye would smash Adamek. Adamek in my opinion is jus euro level at best.

Yeah, it would be bloody difficult for a guy as slow as Adamek to avoid the 10 punches Haye throws per round.

He would have difficulty landing on Adamek early, but he would thrash him eventually. Adamek's a good mover at heavy, but nothing special. He can punch at LHW, but not above there, and he can take a shot but looks very wobbly above 200lbs.

The major issue is that Adamek just can't avoid the right hand consistently, and it's the one shot Haye will land.

What do you mean "Even Ahunanya"? He's got a granite chin and fighters don't expect to stop him. Arreola has only been the distance three times, once against Ahunanya, then against Quezada and early in his career against Andrew Greeley, a tough guy who seems to have a good chin, so I'd certainly say he hits hard.

Arreola's problem is his weight. After beating Walker, when he weighed 254lbs, he said he would come down in weight to fight a Klitschko. When he got that fight, he weighed 251lbs and when he fought Adamek, he was 250lbs. Realistically, he should be around 220-230lbs. The 234lbs against Aguilera seemed to suit him and I hope he can stay lighter.

When Arreola hit Adamek clean, he hurt him. I think if he hadn't hurt his hands, he'd have stopped him in around 8 rounds. If they fight in the future and his hands are fine, his weight is down etc., then it will end in under 5.

Adamek is made to appear to be a contender, in which is a poor division. If the HW era was more dominant he'd be Euro level at best.
