That 1996 Hug v Hoost fight had the same kind of insane intensity for mine as Hagler v Hearns. Half way through the second round I could not possibly see how they'd both be standing at the end of 3. Let alone through the additional rounds. Just an insane battle between 2 unshakable wills.

Good post. Stillwill makes some great vids:thumbsup

masato was always one of my favourite kick boxers. He finally won against his nemesis Souwer in his final fight was really amazing to see. I wish Masato a buakaw would have had a rubber match, I also think he and Petrosayn would have made a great fight with Masato having a good chance of taking it (though he would probably not be the betting favourite against Petro).

Vic, went to watch some Muay Thai at Thrappasit stadium last night, not bad but I'm sure Lumpinee will be better next week. Man they start 'em out young here, two kids of about 10 had an ace fight!

Two White guys fought as well, some dude who looked like he ate 'roids for breakfast, lunch and tea and some dude with long blonde hair who got his face punched in and was stopped on cuts in the 2nd round.

Yes he was, but from what I've found in old reports he only had about 40 fights.

Not dug up anything yet....but everybody loves it when I sing one of Samart's songs on karaoke :yep

I don´t know **** about muay thai but watching Dieselnoi fight is horrible he was able to make clinchfest out of every fight due to beeing a head taller than his opponents and he looks very 1 dimensional from what I´ve seen he literally just walks towards his opponent and clinches. It´s so ugly to watch but its just my opinion
