It's nice in there, proper gym as you know. I ain't into plush gyms. Grew up training in Rosehill gym which was like a shed . Fitzroy you can work in ring, do the bag's, bit of weights, skipping etc. it's not run down but it's got a proper gym feel about it. I mean for the money some lads pay at Rooney's just to work in gym for £3 you get this gym and it's relaxed. If your lads in south then he should give it a try.
