I just noticed that yesterday ive had only 10g of carbs, day before 25g or so and the day before 10-20or so and the day before that ZEROatsch. I know this sounds like im on the atkins diet but I DID NOT MEAN TO GO ON IT atsch. I want to start consuming more carbs becuase i know they are usefull for athletes training. Im really worried that if start consuming carbs again i will gain fat and weight like most people who come off the atkins diet do :?. Can anyone please tell me if 4 days of low carbs/ atkins will cause me to gain weight if i start eating my normal amount of carbs today onwards?
Sounds like you should go on the Prader- Willi or Creutzfeld-Jakob diet. Research them and report back. I think they will work wonders in your situation.
to the OP i don't think it will make you gain weight if you ate carbs after "atkins" for less then a week but others might now better. How do you accidently not eat any carbs btw?-_- -_-

While your response is extremely disrespectful and violently angry, I shall attribute this sudden outburst due to the fact that you have researched the diets I have recommended and deemed them not useful. I understand. In this case, I recommend you get infected with swine flu or mad cow disease, as these might help you out more than the diets. Trust me on this stuff- I'm an expert.
How much do you weigh and how tall are you? Also, what do you eat on an average day? I mean in detail by the way, not something like "I get up and have breakfast".
I don't see how that would help... I'm not asking for tips on how to loseweight im just concerned about the fact i havent consumed alot of carbs in the last 4 days which is what the atkins diet is, correct? And i know people who come off atkins gainweight. I'm asking if consuming carbs as i usually do will mae me gain weight like people coming off atkins. If my food intake for those low carbs days matter i will post them
I'm asking about your weight because you're coming off as someone with an eating disorder that is probably underweight. Eating carbs won't kill you. Carbs = energy.
I'm aware that's what it means but how the **** is that even possible, what the hell have you been eating :think & Yes you'll put a few pounds on, but so what? You need carbs.
I don't think im underweight. I know thats why im asking i usually eat more carbs but i decided to ditch all grains and stuff for a week and reintroduce them back 1 by 1 (i might be allergic/ can not digest one of them properly but don't know if its rice, pasta bread oats etc). Today i had relised how much i rely on them for carbs and how without them i basicly went on a atkins diet (not my intention), like i said before i read that people who come off atkins and reintroduce carbs gain weight, im just asking if it takes more then 4-5 days of low carbs and then having normal amount for this to happen/ will it happen to me?
So?? I have to manage a weight for boxing And its possible like i said i cut out all grains and noticed now i rely on them to much. Basicly fruit, meat eggs and such
