Obviously Pac has the style to beat Void, Void, Sr. and Void, Jr. both know that which is the reason Void refuses to fight him!
WTF? People seriously need to stop mentioning that guy's name on this threads. Brooks is, and will never be on Mayweather's level. Another overhyped Englishman. He wouldn't be able to touch Khan, let alone Floyd.
aggressive, accurate skill (a la ray leonard). sharp, quick, accurate punches in the (very few) moments where floyd might leave leave openings. use rough house tactics when inside (a la duran). constantly keep him out of his comfort zone. throw all the time, hit arms, shoulders- whatever- just keep wearing him in any way you can. heart of a lion, someone who doesn't discourage easily..... in summary a fighter who has the skills of ray leanoard, the strength of duran/ chavez, the resolve and determination of mickey ward and the stamina of manny pacquiao, who fights with the pace and pressure of juan diaz. obviously, all that is easier said than done.
I've been a firm believer that a RJJ esque style (which is rare and one of a kind) would beat Mayweather's It's funny I mention that because RJJ actually beat a guy that has May's shoulder roll defense in Toney.
I give Cotto some kind of chance with the best possible gameplan. I give Pacquiao a good chance as well. Martinez would at least be competitive. A lot of those 42 were beat with more than a mastery of style. Floyd's resume is great, but it has it's faults. I'd favor a prime DLH and Mosley to beat him.
Also a in the pocket guy with insane handspeed that keep his hands up similar to how Russell Jr. fights and Meldrick Taylor when he brawled (not sure of the defense part) would trouble mayweather but not sure if the style would be enough to win. Sugar Ray Leonard would have beaten Mayweather too.
