The statement was meant as a Promotional Gimmick - some people just took it the wrong way. However - if the fight gets good ratings - then I think he's done his job well.

Besides, I doubt he's racist. He's partnered with a Mexican, and the CEO of Golden Boy is a Jew. Think about it...

It's an obvious easy angle to take by the British tabloids.

 

I think bashing a race or culture is ****.
