Not far off now I hear. Nice new togs as well, which I am sure you will appreciate, to be sure to be sure! :good This content is protected
Like another poster mentioned above i'd like to see how Skeete would deal with a quality pressure fighter. He picks his way through a fight at the moment without having to extend himself too much but I must admit his style isnt for me.
Skeete and Heffron are still works in progress, although I think Skeete is progressing better at the moment. Skeete although not entertaining looks composed and wins without breaking a sweat
I'm not as certain as everyone that heffron wins this. Its credit to skeete that he hasn't even been forced to break a sweat, he barely gets hit and is very good at keeping range and picking people apart and not getting tagged himself. Say what you like about power but he has put people down and with enough clean shots the culmination does damage, heffron is very easy to hit and I think skeetes style causes him all sorts of trouble. If he comes in face first trying to walk through he will get caught clean all day by skeete!
:rofl:good This - :deal If Ronnie knocked Skeete out in a round with heavier gloves and a headguard, i'd edge my bets he'll walk RIGHT THROUGH Skeete again as a pro.
Well firstly he didn't knock him out and amateur stoppages are a lot different to pro ones. Just because he beat him in the abas that doesn't mean he will in the pros. We will see eventually anyway. Heffron is a very talented fighter but he is not looking very clued up for the pro game, where as I think brads style is heading toward a very difficult one to deal with. Maybe not as exciting but more effective!
I have a sneaking suspicion that when Skeete ups his level of oposition we will see a much better more exciting fighter than the current version. I think the lad has potential. I think he has power but needs to learn how to harness it and finish opponents.
