    Paulie Malignaggi.

seriously though, Robinson, Jackson, Duran and Hearns for me. People will draw lines under Hearns' chin, but he went 3 relentless rounds with Hagler and Tito's not going to be there at the mark Marvin finished Hearns.

Basilio was much better at boxing than he is given credit for. Watch some of his fights and you will see alot of ducking and weaving and slipping punches. Yes he could be hit but he also was quite elusive too. Toward the end of his career he did some nice boxing using the uppercut to his advantage; watch the Don Jordan fight. Carmen would give Trinidad all he could handle and then some.

Basilio could look quite a lot like Carlo Ortiz when he was in boxing mode. Not as regal\elegant in executuion, but lots of good moves from a well balanced boxing stance.

If Tito and Tommy Hearns had a tear-up, no-one can rule out Tommy falling first. Hearns was a much better fighter, but the evidence of the fights where he got badly hurt says to me that Tito would have a very live puncher's chance in this fight.

He may not have actually stood and slugged with Tito, but Napoles would have beaten the **** out of Tito by staying in the pocket like he did Cokes...only it would have been more brutal. Mantequilla would have owned Tito.

I expect to get slaughtered for saying the following, but considering that Tito was floored early by, for example, Kevin Leushing, and a number of others, I suspect a number of proper bangers would have a 50/50 chance of outslugging Trinidad - going lower down the food chain, a banger like Colin Jones could stop Tito if he caught him right.

Not many can match his power. Many can match his chin.

Remember though that he did survive and win wars against vargas and mayorga.

To be honest, not many would knowingly trade with him. They'd look at beating him to the punch or neutralising that jab. In and out without taking many flush punches.

That being said, kid gavilan i'd favour.

I also believe prime armstrong would evade much of tito's shots willst slugging but he could be overwhelmed down the stretch if he makes it too physical.

Mosley v tito is a toss up.
