Andy Green on the list, He has had 2 shoulder reconstructions since his debut. Has had opponents constantly pullout, yet he is protected. I know Andy and can tell you he will fight any man. Getting opponents for him is more of the issue.
Anyone in the top 15 at Light Heavy in the country would be a nice start. They are ALL ranked higher than him.
This content is protected 10. Steven Wills Won 16 (KO 9) + Lost 0 (KO 0) + Drawn 2 Opponents Records: 141-88-17 - 246 Opponents Winning %: 57.32% Best Wins: Chad Bennett (24-3-3), Moses Seran (20-10) & Junmar Dulog (5-13-1) x2 Draws: Rey Anton Olarte (10-9-3) & Thomas Yakubu (2-0-1) Removed From Australian (ANBF) Rankings Due To Impending IBO Title Fight. The majority of Steven Wills's early career involved him appearing on numerous Angelo Hyder promoted FOX shows against undersize imports from Asia & Africa. In 1 of Wills's best wins, he won a somewhat controversial majority decision bout in many experts eyes against tough, but very limited Filo Junmar Dulog at his home on the Central Coast. Otherwise the best win on Wills's record outside of the numerous imports is his 4th round stoppage of Chad Bennett which looks great on paper (Bennett boasted at the time a 24-3-3 record) until you realise Bennett's record is void of any real significant wins. Up next for Wills is a mammoth step-up in South Africa for the vacant IBO Title. NEXT: vs Kaizer Mabuza (23-8-3) on 3rd March in South Africa - Untelevised in Australia.
This content is protected 9. Robbie Bryant Won 15 (KO 7) + Lost 1 (KO 0) + Drawn 1 Opponents Records: 109-110-20 - 239 Opponents Winning %: 45.61% Best Wins: Les Piper (13-8-3), Sonni Michael Angelo (16-10-2) & Tyrone Tongia (2-0) Loss: Frank LoPorto (10-3-2) Draw: Yingyai Sithdara (0-3) Number 3 Ranked Contender In Australian (ANBF) Middleweight Division. Bryant had 1 of his best wins of his career believe it or not, in his pro debut against fellow novice at the time, Tyrone Tongia. In his next 7 bouts Bryant specifically feasted on undersize imports (Asians) until he met tough Aussie journeyman Frank LoPorto who handed Bryant his 1st loss. Since the loss to LoPorto, Bryant went back to specifically beating up some real cannon fodder journeyman & padding his record up to where it is today. Against the tough but limited Les Piper recently, Bryant got what many described as a hometown decision to keep his 1 loss record intact. NEXT: TBA

Solomon Haumono Won 18 (KO 16) + Lost 1 (KO 0) + Drawn 1 Opponents Records: 155-136-10 - 301 Opponents Winning %: 51.50% Best Wins: Michael Kirby (6-2-1) Cliff Couser (26-17-2) Tommy Connelly (17-11) Loss: J ustin Whitehead (3-0) Draw: Colin Wilson (34-24) Number 3 Ranked Contender In Australian (ANBF) Heavyweight Division. Haumono has had 2 stages to his professional boxing career, which might be a slight justification to his padded record. Many attribute Haumono's stop/start career to do with his temprement also. In his 1st 8 fights dating (2000-02), Haumono fought no one of real note besides maybe John "Digger" wyborn who is famous for his 1st round KO of fellow padded record heavyweight Mark De Mori. On his return (2007-present), Haumono padded his record for 5 more bouts until he fought American journeyman Tommy Connelly & Cliff Couser. Haumono then drew with then durable Colin Wilson, got a lucky DQ against novice Royce Sio, & lost a close decision to 3 pro fight novice J ustin Whitehead. When you consider guys like Brit Dereck Chisora with less wins than Haumono are getting Heavyweight Title fights vs a Klitschko, its hard not to look at Haumono's record & see his 3 best wins are are 2 American journeyman & Michael Kirby. Peter Kazzi Won 14 (KO 7) + Lost 1 (KO 0) + Drawn 1 Opponents Records: 128-163-18 - 309 Opponents Winning %: 41.42% Best Wins: Aswin Cabuy (11-19-1), Paula Tuilau (14-19-10) & Damien Smith (3-14-1) Loss: Damien Smith (1-5-1) Draw: Chokchana Sithkrupon (5-4-1) Unranked In Australian (ANBF) Super Middleweight Division Due To His Return. Statistics dont lie when it comes to Peter Kazzi, who was not originally going to appear on this list since he has been inactive since 2010. However when i was informed that Kazzi was coming back to the ring (against the same undersize Thai import he drew with by accidental headclash), Kazzi was a must for this list. Kazzi's record is choc full with many undersize Asian imports & his opponents have not really improved since 2005. Kazzi has been a regular on Anthony Mundine undercards padding his record. Will he ever step it up?? NEXT: vs Chokchana Sithkrupon (5-5-2) on 19th February in Sydney - Untelevised.
This content is protected 6. Chad Bennett Won 27 (KO 18 ) + Lost 4 (KO 3) + Drawn 3 Opponents Records: 410-171-18 - 599 Opponents Winning %: 68.45% Best Wins: Diego Jesus Ponce (20-5-3), Aldo Nazareno Rios (46-4) & John Cotterill Jr. (23-6) Losses: Steven Wills (12-0-2), Sirimongkol Singmanasak (58-2), Parkpoom Jangphonak (8-1) & Mark Hipwell (2-2) Draws: Ruben Silva Diaz (16-8-1), Paolo Sithsopha (1-3) & Peter Tovi'o (Debut) Unranked In Australian (ANBF) Light Welterweight Division. When this list was put together all would consider Chad "Hollywood" Bennett a lock for this list. The guy has fought so many unknown imports from Asia & South America (many with fake records), its really hard to gauge who he his best wins are. His best win against an Australian by most is considered against the then durable John Cotterill Jr. however when watching the fight closely as stated in another recent thread it raises more questions than answers. Bennett lost to Singmanasak a top 15 140 pounder in the world by 1st round KO which showed just how a big a difference he was from world class. Bennett's loss by 4th round KO against the fairly light puncher in Steve Wills also doesnt bold strongly on his record. Bennett fights at home prodominantly in Newcastle, draws a decent crowd & more often than not comes away with the win vs the import. Bennett also held the not very highly regarded WBF Welterweight Title for a long stretch of his career. NEXT: vs TBA on 11th May in Newcastle - Untelevised.
