Frankie Edgar VS Ben Henderson UFC 144 Prediction

I haven't seen a lot of fight from ben henderson. I gotta go with frankie. The dude is too fast for bendo to handle.

 

Ben Henderson has really stepped up to the plate since the switch to the UFC , his style can be likened to that of Gray Maynard IMO with slightly better stand up , and slightly worse wrestling , he's a massive to threat to Frankie because he's a genuine 55 lb'er , probably walking around @165+ , with athletesism to boot

My big question would be , will Henderson find the target ??? , i think the Frankie Maynard trilogy will have people thinking that Henderson can beat Frankie here , but im not so sure , Franky wanted nothing to do with a wrestling match against Maynard , whcih took away his number one dimension , i dont beleive that will be the case against Hendo , if not , Henderson could be in for some mat time , as well as trying to hit the elusive Edgar , may just prove a little too much for Henderson

I think Frankie is a level or two above Henderson in terms of his all round game , wrestling , stand up , and cardio , therefore if he doesnt get hurt early on , i expect him to nick the first 2 or 3 and poor it on late , on his way to a UD

Bendo isn't a very good finisher and won't be able to hold Frankie down to win a decision, I don't think.

 

This fight is hard to pick.

It's just a bad idea to bet against Edgar but Bendo can match Frankie's pace over five rounds and is just as quick. Henderson is bigger and stronger.

I think Frankie runs out of luck this time and get's tagged early and controversially finished by TKO. Fans will go nuts and a quick stoppage debate will ensue.

Frankie will then seek refuge at 145 where Mr. Aldo awaits.

I have to go with Bendo. Would never bet on an Edgar fight, though.

 

Seems almost 50-50 around here, should be a close fight but I slightly favour Edgar.

I think we should keep the avatar bet thing going, maybe bet until next UFC. This should get people to put their money where their keyboard is.

ive betted against Edgar on far too many occasions now.

the guy is still shockingly underrated in the sport. He's an outstanding fighter, one of the best P4P'ers too.

ill go for Edgar, i dont know how, but he'll find a way to win. He has that winners mentality

 

Edgar has the heart of a champion x10. His movement and cardio are second to none.
I really cant pick against him.
