    Good luck with it, remember that gaining and losing weight is all about diet though.

    Thanks for the support guys. I completely agree with eating well and working out in addition. In the blog last year someone said "Less in, more out" which makes sense. IF you like I will add in an example of what I eat on a daily basis.

    To add to that, make sure you're getting all your calories n. A lot of people don't know it, but the average person burns 2000 calories a day without working out. If you either work out, or you're bigger than the average person, you need to make sure that you adjust your calorie intake accordingly. Try and get a rough estimate of how many calories you burn per day, and consume no less than 500 less calories than you burn. That would put you on pace to lose a pound a week, and anything more isn't really optimal for health (from what I know).

    you have very stiff legs. have you ever tried to jump around the bag? do you jump rope at all?
