If the real money is on PPV, can you see now why Pac didn't entertain Floyd's offer of $40M flat with no PPV and other backend share of profit?
not a chance! View my history. I watch all boxing. I've never see you talk about anything but floyd ever.
First of all you dont know how much Pac makes. Second it doesnt matter how much Pac makes, ppv terms they will draw equally the same amount of money, therefore 50/50. Now if Pac only receives 30% of that 50% pie after giving Arum 20% of it, doesnt matter, its 50/50. You're dumb. How can you justify Floyd offering 40mil. Dumbest logic on the planet. Pac also made more money fighting Cotto than ever before, does that mean he should have given Cotto 70%? Both Pac & Floyd will make their biggest paydays fighting each other.
Why did the first fight fall apart? Drug testing . . . if it is Okay now why not back then? Think about it:think . . . Arum backed out then and did not want the fight now:deal. This whole idea of 45/55 to the winner is foolish. We complain about corruption now,can you imagine if there was tens of millions of dollars were up for grabs?:bart
Floyd is the draw. Mayweather averages 240 thousand more buys since fighting Oscar. Pac needa take a 60/40 and he can have it-till then he making 20 million and Floyd making 40-50 million. LMFAO at the "45-45 and 10 to the winner"..this is business. You think they will simply ignore THE FACT that Floyd averages 240K more buys since A COMMON FACTOR in Oscar De La Hoya.
here comes another ***** who has no problem with 50/50 before but now thinks floyd should get 60/40 to defend floyd's refusal to make this fight at a fair 50/50 split. if floyd accepted the 50/50 split, would you have problem with it?
You f****ing idiot, ofcorz Floyd will always earn more in a fight for the simple reason that Floyd promotes himself and Manny has Arum to pay.. Idiot!!! Even if their fights earned identical numbers. Floyd will always have the edge... What we who has brains are talking about here are Manny's PPV numbers... Mayweather-Marquez.......1.05M PPV ($52M).......($6.81M gate -crowd:13,116) Mayweather-Mosley.........1.4M PPV ($78.3M)......($11.03M gate -crowd:15,117) Pacquiao-Marquez............1.41M PPV ($77.6M*)....($11.65M gate -crowd:16,389) Pacquiao-Mosley..............1.1M~ PPV ($66M)........($8.88M gate -crowd:16,412) In this two example, by total it's a 50/50, or Manny may have edged out Floyd a bit in PPV performance... Manny may have lesser take home pay than Floyd because he has to pay his promoter but in terms of TOTAL GROSS EARNINGS.. they have the same..
PBF refusal to make the fight . . . i thought we went over this extensively. Arum had other plans so this fight was not gonna happen even if 50-50 was agreed upon by Manny. atsch
No I wouldn't but that isn't the point-your off in your debate too pugi. The post you just put down is not relevant. Your claiming that 50/50 is fair. Sure it is, but what your forgetting is that they will not ignore the ppv numbers. Fact-Since fighting Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather averages 240 thousand more buys than Manny Pacquiao. They are not going to ignore those facts Pugi...:deal Keep trying though..meantime your boy turned down 40 million to make 20 million.:bart
Here's another one. haha. 2 points. Floyd never offered 40%. It was more like 70/30% 40 million on a 150 million fight. That percentage is even in the 20's. Is that ok too? Floyds %age is higher but only slightly. You could even put that into the fact that he fights less. Creating more demand. If manny retired for 18 months then came back. Or waited a year between fights his average would be higher too. Get over it, its a 50/50 fight. It always was/is.
Now make sure you throw in ALL fights since A COMMON FACTOR where both men's careers CLEARLY changed. The common factor is Oscar De La Hoya. Make sure to include all 7 of Pacquiaos fights including Oscar and all 5 of Floyds fights including Oscar. You'll see that Floyd also averages 240 thousand more PPV buys.:good
and we don't know how much floyd is paying oscar and haymon also. their services are not free either. but of course it's immaterial. they would share the split 50/50 and would pay their promoter's respective cuts.
Pac will eventually agree to the lesser split just as he agreed to the drug tests. Holding out on that shows me that he is ready to take it, but he wants to continue to use it as an excuse to duck Floyd. As for your "demand"..it's irrelevant that he fights less. SPECULATION THAT HE WOULD DO LESS NUMBERS TOO. FACT IS-Floyd averages 240 thousand more PPV buys since a common factor in Oscar De La Hoya. That is a lot of revenue.:deal
Quit drinking the floyd love juice. Cotto will not make 30 mil or even close to what pac will make. Floyd will not cotto. U also need to stop talking and thinking like flyd
