Knuckle Problem

    My centrel Knuckle on my left hand is bright red and hurts every time i punch what can i do i need to train:patsch

    Take painkillers or rest it by not not hitting anything are your options. The first option means it will keep getting worse even if you don't feel it which means a longer healing time in the future and possible permanent damage.

    Shadow boxing is good for you.

    what about anti-inflammatory creams?

    when you fix the knuckle, put fist push ups in your strainght training to make your knuckles stronger

    I had the same problems.

    I took a break, and now they are fine.

    take it easy with your left and ice it after you train.

    Just don't punch for a while, last thing you need is to further damage it.

    yeah i know but i need to train ive even tried putting two wraps on lol didnt work ha ha might try wearing 160z gloves

    Heres a little thing you can try. Wiggle the Finger, as you do put the other Thumb below the Elbow 3" feel the muscle that works the Finger. Now with the Thumb push the muscle into the Elbow with pressure several times, something might happen that will surprise you :good.

    I just use a Lil duct tape then wrap n keep goin.

    Try sponges/gel pads/extra padding under the knuckle area if you NEED to train, if you only want to train, I'd strongly advise that you don't bother and take the time to focus on conditioning work until it's better :good
