we all have bin following the progress of this eventual fight...fight in canada...fight in uk...2 fight deal... he is nobody...the winner of the s6 must face bute to proove who is who...he has not faced anyone...glass jaw...canada is a cheat...and so on, what i dont understand is why everytime an easyer path opens up insted of facing bute (kessler and now maybe froch) concidering how much of a nobody bute is, no one is making offers. is it because he is to week? or is it because he is to good? from all that we know or think we know...what can be said? i wont call it coward or anything in that nature as not to offend anybody, i do respect what boxers have to go trough but what can we call it then.

Froch should fight Bute. Don't see how Froch fans can say he's a warrior because he's fought on the road etc etc if he's going to choose to fight Anthony Dirrell over Bute. So what if he's fought on the road against Ward, Kessler etc? Does this mean he can take an easier fight? Thought he was a "warrior"

Goosen declined a Bute fight in December, but Ward-Bute talks are back on as of yesterday.

The WBC could eventually strip Ward if he doesn't want to fight his friend Anthony Dirrell immediately, and this could lead to a Froch-Dirrell showdown. Sure. But we're not there yet. There are so many unknowns at this point, that everyone who's making judgement calls on 'ducking', 'being at fault in negotiations' are all.......................

This really is a good thread for separating the many intelligent and well-informed Bute fans from the complete ****in reprebate,cocksuckers who are blinded by love.Just as Bute is perfectly entitled not to come to the UK and fight for less than he wants to,Froch is also entitled to look for the right deal for what could be(If Bute survives the first round) a very taxing fight.
I love how these armchair promoters/fighters who probably have never got closer to actually boxing than doing a few press-ups while watching Rocky(probably 5) would fight all the best out there for no money and do everything for "the fans"
