You can't be suggesting that technique has no bearing on how fast you cam throw a combo though, is that what you're saying? There's more variables than if you've and abundance of fast twitch fibres or not.
technique will affect your speed but you will always be limited by your bodies fast:slow twitch fibre ratio
His punching technique is amongst the worst I have ever seen at the top level. If he threw correctly he'd be far less 'fast'.
