I'm not so sure anymore. Before, those were Don King shows, now it's a Golden Boy show. Maidana probably has more marketability than Alexander, so there's not much incentive for them to skew things in favor of Alexander.
First off the payout on the most likely outcome per the sportsbooks does not make sense (Alexander DEC). Pay on the favorite would not be 27 pounds on a 10 pound wager by any measure that I can think of (unless in the UK Maidana is the favorite?) Also, I don't understand your Med/Max wins - where are you getting this from. You have 3 specific outcomes you are betting on. Only one (or none) of them can actually happen and pay you.
The only way those Min/Med/Max payouts would make sense is if you weighted the bets i.e. 100 pounds on the most likely odds, 25 pounds on the least likely odds, etc. or if you were betting Favorite Fighter A by KO (moderate bet), Favorite Fighter A to win by any means (heavy bet), Underdog Fighter B to pull off the upset (light/medium bet with big upside minimized by any risk since you've got bets on the favorite).

I really like this fight because it really can go any way. I would not rule out Alexander stopping Maidana. He can be sneaky and Maidana does have a habit of neglecting defense at times.
