That's nice to hear Frankie hope you stay happy and it shows in your performance! It's time to take strides forward now and prove the talent you are. Good luck tonight!!!
top stuff Frankie. Good to hear about adopting your son. Full respect for that and I hope you fufill your potential which is :thumbsup huge
Excellent Frankie. Could be an exciting few years now with you if you keep on the right track. Well done!!
Great performance imo. He's only a year off track as well. British and euro within twelve months, World title within 24.
You look at the other British welters and there's only Brook imo who could cause him problems, so hopefully he keeps the head down and can finally fullfil his massive potential.
You looked the business there last night mate, looking forward to seeing you realize your full potential. :good:good
In a perfect world the route i'd take for gavin is purdy, lynes, euro shot, loser of hatton v brook, and then a shot at one of the lesser titlists like senchenko or bailey before a huge domestic clash with the winner of hatton v brook. If he can navigate that path or a similar path he'll be ready to take on anyone in the division. We know he has speed and defensive prowess. His jab at times looks brilliant. Hopefully last night is an indication that he's willing to sit on his shots when he's in control hence showing he has got power when required. The main question mark has to stamina and mentality which hopefully we'll see him get tested at more and more over the next two years. We need to see if he can perform brilliantly for a full twelve and need to see how he responds at top level when made to fight hard for a full twelve. I don't think his chin will be an issue because he's pretty hard to tag but his nose seems to cut easily which could hamper him at the world level if he gets caught with a good shot (we saw it recently with derry matthews). Like his promoter says, if he can keep his head in the game there's no reason he can't be a huge star on both sides of the pond.
