There is no issue about testing for Cotto/Pac,but i do feel the catchweight was pure bull****.Pac would have beat him at 147 anyway cos Cotto really struggles with speed,but just sought an advantage cos they had the power in negotiating. But as much as people hate catchweights,Cotto agreed to it so its his own fault if he struggled with it!
