Resistance bands

    Anyone use these? I'm following a program that includes a few sessions using them.

    I don't, my brother just started using them but it's too soon to tell how well they work. What I think works really well is implementing kettle bells to your work out. I had been hearing of them for a while until I started using them. I think they provide you with some of the most complete workouts. Are you using resistance bands for boxing training or general fitness?

    I didn't know enema tubes came in different colors.

    I used the bands for awile while doing p90x but switched to using regular old dumb bells. I really thinly It's just a mater of preference

    I enjoy using them from time to time, as they have certain perks. I like the constant resistance so that any momentum can't harm you like dumbells can, or things like overhead tri extensions; dumbells can come crashing down on your head, resistance band won't.

    Also good for travel purposes.
