No need to get aggressive. Weights can be used to increase speed you know? Just wait until the knowledgeable posters arrive so you can be raped with facts.

He did. He used barbell shrugs to build up his traps and shoulders in the 80s.

G-Man trained very different to other boxers. The guy was a complete animal, after stewart he virtually trained himself.Did alot of one arm push ups..and yes ofcause tyson did weights, dude your not born with a body like that and push ups only take you so far.

GMan didn't actually train them per se, they were actually bred to fight. Mainly just fed them a healthy diet and kept them fighting frequently.

first no one said anything about foreman.

secondly, all you posted was a link to a post you made in another forum.

do you have some kind of foreman interview from a credible source for people to read because that would actually be interesting.

thirdly in the post you linked you talked **** on puncing heavy bags from the back of jeeps and wood chopping to which the site owner responded with a videos of james kirkland punching a heavy bag hanging from a truck and quotes from earnie shavers talking about chopping wood and sledge training being one of his most important strength/conditioning exercise.
