1. pac does not have the capital or the infrastructure in place to make floyd an offer for a fight of this magnitude ... arum does, but he never offered 50/50. he made an offer very similar to floyds

2. pac's numbers for his last 3-4 fights are unofficial ... were supposed to believe what ToPrank releases?

3. odlh solo promoted and had the lions share of the biggest fight in history in dela hoya-mayweather ... he made $52 mill! as a promoter/fighter! $40 mill is no where near a low ball initial offer for just a fighter

4. floyds last offer of 50/50 was BEFORE pac's gift decision against jmm ... if floyd struggled and lost in most peoples minds vs ortiz, there is no way pac would be talking about 50/50

its not bs, its the main reason why this fight hasnt occurred ... arum wants to put this fight on with his promotional model and floyd wants to put fight on with his model ... they dont like each other and neither will give in

its not a bad offer, 50/50 is better for pac but $40 mill is not a bad offer

and he will not see a dime more than his guarantee (doubt its $25 mill) because that fight is not going to do big numbers
