I may be the only one saying this, which will make it even tastier when it comes to pass: Cotto will defeat Money. Since you are boxing fans, presumably well-versed, you ought to be aware how common fighters to Cotto and Mayweather fare against them. If not, allow me:

Cotto, at the peak of his game, with true thirst (as he must have right now) can certainly balance out the odds. Yes, Money has a slight edge speed-wise; his defensive skills are superb; his power is decent; and his name burdens decisions down to his advantage. Cotto is stronger; is pretty fast himself; and is not behind at a technical level. Self-confidence is the only REAL advantage on Money. If Cotto goes in thinking himself unbeatable, Money will have to beg for Pacquiao's fight to take place and regain the chance to make those millions.

 

My vote would be the 1st one since I don't think he'll win.
