    They brought in an old, SMALL cruiserweight who barely scraped by Timur Ibragimov in his hometown.

    This was the single most pathetic heavyweight title defense I have witnessed. This made me really be ashamed of the sport I love. It was nothing more than a sanctioned slaughter and a celebration of Wladimirs 50th knockout.

    Wladimir really lacks fluidity, all he can do in close is grab like a ****ing octopus. Illegal too, I mean.. how ****ing pathetic can you be, bringing a blown up LHW who is OLD and blatantly cheat and lean on his neck?

    He should just retire and give the heavyweight division back to the people, do nobody want to see his robotty ass hold on to light heavyweights like an octopus.

    Stop saying that Magic.That was a real pick em tonight.Mormeck was coming on strong before the big guy got lucky.
    All three of Mormeck's punches were poetry in motion.

    You sound like a butthurt David Haye fan. Sorry dude, I agree it was shitty and this was just a pitiful opponent to give to Klitschko, but at this point who the **** do you give to him? He's already beat anyone of relevance and there's really noone in the weak ass heavyweight division left

    yeah this was nothing like that not slaughter cherry pick job that floyd patterson did when he fought that guy for the title in the guys pro debut

    yeah this was nothing like that this was much worst

    Who should he have fought though? most guys didnt want anything and it was basically a stay busy easy fight for wlad after haye.
    He will be fighting 3 times this year and beats up everyone anyway.

    it is not like lots of fighters on the line wanting to get koed. basically there is no one who klitschkos has not already koed. i would rather watch such a fight than waiting for the next boring hbo card.

    It was atrocious.

    When people argue that Wlad is a great fighter, think about this: In 30 years time when Wlad has long retired, experts will look back on his career. In his absolute prime, he fights a shot cruiserweight who never stood a chance and yet the fight is embarrassingly bad.

    That does not help any case for greatness. There isn't a single 'great' heavyweight who would have put in such an abysmal performance against a fighter of Mormeck's calibre. It was a farce when it was announced, Wlad shamefully promoted the bout and then stunk the place out by holding like an octopus.

    Pathetic.
