Why Mayweather don't accept 45/45 and 10 more to the winner?

    Because if Pacquiao had Floyds ppv numbers at ww, he wouldn't offer Floyd 50-50.

    Floyd won't take 45/45 with the 10 going to the winner because he's afraid for his health. Every time he sees Pac he always picture himself being Ali if the fight get made.

    Because that would essentially mean that Mayweather and Pacquiao are equals and Mayweather does not believe that.. so which is why he would never accept 50 50... he feels he is the much superior fighter and draw... and he may not be to far off.

    Floyd does not want to lose the 0. The 0 is his claim to fame. He is not a very good fighter if you ask me. His career has been a total of hand picked opponents who pose 0 threat to him.

    Not a ***** or *******, if Floyd takes 50/50 or 45/45 10% to the winner because he already makes upwards of 40 mil a fight. The only one who wins is arum and pacman. Pacman would get 4x's what he normally makes Floyd only makes a few million more. I'm pretty sure why he won't take it but I'm not that ***** so /kanyeshrug

    why cant floyd accept the 55-45 offer?

    *****s: floyd is not afraid of pac. pac doesnt deserve any cut from the PPV.

    The biggest reason was it was never seriously offered. It's more spin/damage control meant to placate Pac's fan base.

    Lol i cant believe people actually feel floyd him self thinks pac would beat him. If anything floyd is all wrong for pac. Its floyds dumbass pride and arums dumbass pride standing in the way. I came to the conclusion that pac and floyd both dont want the fight. Floyd wont back off his stupid offer and arum will forever be planning to build a outdoor stadium.

    Floyd is scared of Pacquiao because Marquez exposed Pacquiao in their last fight. Weird isn't it?

    they are *****s-they dont admit the obvious. Mean time Pacquiao is the best in the world today-the official rankings have him #1 and that shows how good he really is

    Pacquiao is going to KO Floyd in 3 rounds...He'll throw to many punches and Floyd won't know what to do.
